Anything adapted keeps its project's copyright notice and is listed here and in docs/design.md, section 11, with the upstream commit it came from. Third-party code in PiRC's releases ----------------------------------- The relay binary and the JavaScript bundles include code from the projects below. A bundle or binary does not keep their source headers, so their licences are reproduced in full under third_party/, and every release carries the ones that apply to it. pirc-relay (Go): - The Go standard library, Copyright 2009 The Go Authors. MIT: third_party/ws/ The web app (its server's JavaScript bundle and its page): far more packages, so each build lists those it carries, with every licence in full, in a file written from the bundle itself (sh/licenses.ts): the release's third-party-licenses.txt for the server, and page/third-party-licenses.txt for the page, which the server also serves at /third-party-licenses.txt to every browser it sends the page to. The page's fonts, Literata, Atkinson Hyperlegible Next, JetBrains Mono, Geist, Geist Mono and IBM Plex Sans, are under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and are listed there with it. The mobile app (app/): its Dart and Flutter packages, among them image, re_highlight, mobile_scanner and qr, and Flutter's engine and framework, each with its licence in full, are listed in the NOTICES file that Flutter's build writes from the packages themselves and ships inside every build of the app (flutter_assets/NOTICES.Z, read by the framework's LicenseRegistry). It does not cover the Android libraries Gradle adds (AndroidX, Firebase Cloud Messaging, ML Kit's barcode scanning, Kotlin's coroutines), whose notices are still to be added to the Android build.
