+# Roadmap
+
+In priority order.
+
+1. **Restore after a crash or shutdown.** Bring back tmux sessions, windows,
+   and panes (names, layout, directories) and resume each agent's own
+   session (`pi --session <file>`, `claude --resume <id>`, ...).
+2. **Raise the right window.** Jumping to an agent activates the terminal
+   app; with several windows (several Ghostty windows, say) it should raise
+   the exact window that holds the tmux client, not whichever was last used.
+3. **Preview in agent search.** Show the last lines of the selected agent's
+   pane (`tmux capture-pane`) beside the results.
